We want you to feel confident and aligned with your Soulform purchase. If for any reason it doesn’t feel right, you may return your item(s) for Store Credit.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If a discount code was applied at checkout, your Store Credit will reflect the final amount paid per item, after the discount.
Store Credit never expires.
To be eligible for return, items must be in perfect, original condition—unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, and free from any marks (including makeup or fake tan), with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty or defective.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your items, as Soulform is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Any items that do not meet our return conditions will be declined and sent back to you.

Alternatively, you may email our Customer Care team at soulform.activewear@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll provide you with all the details needed to return your item to our warehouse.
WA Shipping Only
At this time, Soulform ships exclusively within Western Australia.
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Perth warehouse. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00pm AWST, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on Western Australian public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel until it arrives.
